Łódź is located in the center of Poland. Łódź has the local airport (LCJ, Władysław Reymont Łódź Airport) which offers a few destinations mainly British Islands, but there is a flight from/to Tel Aviv every Saturday in the present schedule. The airport is very close to the city center (7 km). Local buses and taxi are available.
The closest international airport is Warsaw Fryderyk Chopin International Airport (WAW). It is about 130 km from Łódź and this part of a trip (local bus+train) lasts about 2,5 h. If many participants will arrive about the same time to the Warsaw airport, the organizers may provide a direct bus form the airport to Lodz.
Visitors, who are citizen of Israel, European Union countries, and USA some others do not need any visa for short-time stay in Poland. For Visa information use the official web page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland at http://www.mfa.gov.pl . If you need an official invitation letter, please indicate it on the registration form.


Organizers of the Meeting will provide a bus from Warsaw to Łódź on Sunday, September 11, departing from the Warsaw Airport at 11 am. The price of the ticket is 60 PLN or 15 EURO. The bus will go directly to the Hotels offerd by Organizers. We suggest to meet in the arrival hall of the airport at 11 am. At this point you should find Kamil Niedzialomski weared in the t-shirt of the Meeting. In case use his mobile phone's number +48603919836. We can wait a little bit for those who take off slightly later, but just after 11 am you must announce your arrival to Kamil by phone. For the later flights use the instruction of going to Lodz from the third announcement.
Organizers consider a return bus (Łodź - Warsaw Airport) on Thursday (September 15) evening.
